1. If the total weight of the item you purchased is over 7 lb, then it will ship by FedEx ground.

2. If the total weight of the item you purchased is less or equal to 7 lb, then it will ship by USPS priority mail.

3. We will e-mail you the tracking ID, once the item is shipped.

4. We will only accept the return within 7 days after you received your item under certain circumstances. If you want to return the item, please contact us first at store@rackmountgears.com. We will issue you a RMA number after you contact us for the return and granted the return by us. Please include the RMA number and the orginal packing slip with the return item. If you want to return the item after 7 days, we will not refund the shipping/handling fee.

5. If the item is lost due to FedEx or USPS's handling problems/errors, we will help our customers to file a claim to FedEx or USPS.  However, the claim result is uncertain and depedning on the decision from FedEx and USPS.
